RETURNS, REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & PROMOTIONS POLICY

At We Rose, we are committed to providing a smooth and transparent shopping experience. The following policy outlines the terms for returns, refunds, exchanges, and promotional offers, including Buy 1, Get More promotions.
1. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return or exchange within 60 calendar days from the date the order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and unworn;
- Be in its original condition;
- Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.
Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for return or exchange.
2. Promotional Orders (Buy 1, Get More)
For promotional offers such as Buy 1, Get 1 or Buy 1, Get More, please note:
- Only one product is purchased.
- Additional items are complimentary promotional gifts and have no individual retail value.
Therefore:
- Warranty coverage applies only to the purchased item.
- Complimentary items are not eligible for individual refunds or exchanges.
- Refund requests while keeping promotional items are not permitted.
Promotional Order Policy
To receive a full refund or store credit:
- All items included in the promotional order must be returned together.
If only part of the promotional order is returned:
- No refund or store credit will be issued.
Promotional items may only be exchanged for the same product in a different available size or color.
3. Defective Products
Purchased Item
If the purchased item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect, We Rose will:
- Replace the item free of charge with the same product whenever available.
If a replacement is unavailable or declined, We Rose may, at its discretion:
- Issue a refund for the purchased item only; or
- Provide store credit equal to the purchase price.
Only one replacement item will be provided per order.
Complimentary Promotional Items
Complimentary promotional items are not covered by an individual warranty.
If a complimentary item arrives damaged or defective:
- Replacement, refund, or store credit is not guaranteed.
- Requests will be reviewed individually at We Rose's sole discretion.
- Any approved solution is considered a goodwill gesture and does not establish future obligations.
4. Exchanges for Personal Preference
Returns or exchanges based on:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Style preference
- Unmet expectations
do not apply to complimentary promotional items.
Customers requesting a return for promotional purchases must return the complete promotional order.
5. Refunds
When approved:
- Refunds apply only to the value of the purchased item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take up to 3 additional business days for the funds to appear.
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
We Rose does not provide prepaid return labels unless required by applicable law.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as We Rose cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without valid tracking information.
7. Replacement Policy
Regardless of the reason:
- Only one replacement item may be issued per order.
- Complimentary promotional items are not eligible for multiple replacement shipments.
8. Alternative Resolutions
In certain situations, We Rose may offer an alternative solution instead of processing a return.
Possible resolutions include:
- Sending one alternative product selected by the customer at no additional cost;
- Allowing the customer to keep the original product.
These solutions:
- Do not guarantee a refund.
- Do not constitute an admission of product defect.
- Are limited to one resolution per order.
- Are subject to We Rose's sole discretion.
Acceptance of an alternative resolution constitutes full settlement of the request.
